Hi all,
I’m very pleased so many people have been able to use pyem / csparc2star.py
in the course of their processing!
I recently created a DOI for pyem. Please use this DOI to cite pyem in any future work.
DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.3576630
For example, the formatting for a Nature journal would be something like:
Asarnow, D., Palovcak, E., Cheng, Y. UCSF pyem v0.5. Zenodo https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3576630 (2019)

I would like to cite your tool but EndNote cannot find this doi number;
10.5281/zenodo.3576630
Sounds like a bug in EndNote.
“https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3576630” is a working DOI link.
The Nature style cite looks like:
Asarnow, D., Palovcak, E., Cheng, Y. UCSF pyem v0.5. Zenodo https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3576630 (2019)
You can probably find citation guidelines for your target journal to make any needed adjustments to that format.
