Change maximum alignment resolution and reconstruct resolution separately for 2D classification [feature request]

Hi,

Currently in 2D classification, there is one “Maximum resolution” parameter that apparently controls the resolution of both alignment and reconstruction.

It would be helpful to split this into two parameters, one for alignment and one for reconstruction.

Very often with small particles I would like to limit the maximum alignment resolution to avoid overfitting, but I don’t necessarily want to limit reconstruction to the same resolution.

I second this, cisTEM has this parameter for 3D reconstructions as well and I like to use it.
