Cannot Verify License

Hi,

Just 30 minutes ago, CryoSPARC licenses for all our instances started giving this error:

✓ CRYOSPARC_LICENSE_ID environment variable is set
✓ License has correct format
✓ Insecure mode is disabled
✓ License server set to "https://get.cryosparc.com"

✓ License server returned success status code 200
✓ License server returned valid JSON response
✕ License does not exist or is no longer valid

I tried swapping over to a new license, but it did not solve the issue. Is this a problem with the licensing server or are we doing something wrong on our end?

Users cannot submit jobs as they get “License is Invalid” error.

Hi @walidabualafia, this is due to a recent change in the license verification server that introduced a bug. The issue has been addressed, you should start to see your jobs run momentarily. Please confirm when this is the case and let me know if you run into any more errors. My apologies for the disruption!
