Cannot open cryosparc live UI

Hello,

I updates cryosparc from v3.3.1 to v3.3.2. cryosparc UI works well, while when I tried to open cryosparc live UI. It is just a blank page. I wonder what would cause this issue.

Certain log files may indicate what the problem might be.
Please can you copy the following files from /path/to/cryosparc_master/run

  • app.log
  • command_core.log
  • command_rtp.log
  • database.log,

compress and share them with us.
In addition, we would like to know what is displayed under the Network tab of your browser when you reload the blank page at the Live url of your cryoSPARC instance.

Access to the tab may vary by browser and OS. On a Chrome browser, accessed the tab via Developer tools.
