Can I look at raw 2-D images associated with a particular 2-D class

Hi all,

Is there a way that I can manually inspect all the 2-D particle images associated with a particular 2-D class (after 2-D classification)? For instance, I have 200 particles classified into class #1, and I’d like to look at these 200 particles myself.

2D select the class and inspect particle picks only that selection. That will be in the context of the whole micrograph. If you want just the particle’s image at a larger scale, it’s called a thumbnail and I thnik it’s possible to view it and has been discussed here before so you can search with that keyword

I believe you can select them and give them as input to the manual picking or inspect particle picks jobs. Then they’ll be highlighted on the micrographs, and you can zoom in.
