How can I generate a map in cryoSPARC that shows the local resolution? I would like it is higher for the A domain and lower for the B domain.

Yes, you can use the “Local Resolution Estimation” job type for this.

I have got half A and half B maps, but they are not clearly referred to their domain resolution.

I don’t understand - can you rephrase? The local resolution map generated by this job will have a local resolution value at each voxel - you can then use this volume to color your structure or map by local resolution.

Alternatively, if you just want to estimate the overall resolution in a particular domain, that may be better accomplished by just calculating FSCs with a mask around each domain.
