Bug with showing local motion started by user

Hey,

I noticed that when I am running local motion (single or multiple GPU) I cannot see the example pictures of processed micrographs. However, when I run it from the basic workflow everything looks OK. Is there any other option than “Number of movies to plot” which is affecting the output?

We cannot see the motion plots either.

I also have no motion plots (doing the tutorial).

This still doesn’t seem to work in 2.5 - I can’t see any trajectories when running the local motion correction (multi) job.

Hi @dzyla, @istv01, @mturk, @olibclarke,

Currently, the multi-gpu version of Local Motion Correction does not display plots, even though it creates them (saved in a numpy array inside the job folder). Either way, this feature is in our issue tracker.
