When I try to start a helical refinement from a 2D Select job in cryosparc v5.0.3 without an initial model, I get an error message saying that the information about in-plane rotation is missing. I have run similar jobs with cryosparc v4 but didn’t have this issue. After some investigation it seems to me that the particles with zeros in the column “filament/filament_pose” are causing this issue. Removing those particles prevented the error from happening. Could you please look into this potential bug? Thanks!
