If Inspect Picks is provided with a particle set that includes particles that are not present on the input micrographs (e.g. if a subset of micrographs but the entire set of particles are provided as input), then the particles that were not present in the input micrographs are still in the output, generating things like this:
I think that only particles present on the input micrographs should be included in the output.
