I just ran the new Reference based Motion correction and am very happy with the result.
However, the output are unbined particles and i would like to go back to binned particles (because i won’t reach my nyquist at bin1 and would like to save space and computation time).
I can’t reextract particles though, because it will give me the same particles as before Reference based Motion correction.
How i can bin my particles then?
