Hi, I am processing a superres K3 dataset with 0.5Å pixel size. I ran patch motion correction with Output F-crop factor 1/2. My particle size is 200 Å. So I ran local motion correction with box size 400 pix. But after 2 D classification with mask inner diameter of 300 Å. The box looked way too tight. Do I have to specify the binned pixel size in patch CTF? (I am running v14.2).
