Hi there,
I have a question regarding the ‘average intensity’ value that is given for micrographs in the ‘manually curate exposures’ job. Can anyone tell me what this means and how it is calculated from the micrographs?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum @antonia.grauel.
Average intensity in this context is the midpoint between the min and max pixel values of the motion-corrected, dose-weighted, averaged exposure.
