I was running a curate exposures job on exposures exported from a cryosparc live session and I noticed that the average intensity value was 0 for all exposures.
on the same dataset if I import the movies into a workspace and run the normal workflow of patch motion correction → patch ctf → curate exposures the average intensity value varies across the dataset as expected.
I just happened to notice this because half of my dataset was processed with cryosparc live, while the other half was not.
Is this normal behaviour? or i did i miss something during my cryosparc live session set-up?
