Probably related, getting this error when trying to re-extract particles in v5.0.2 at unbinned pixel size:

AssertionError: Could not read mrc header from ****/FoilHole_26821743_Data_26818394_2_20260226_150205_fractions_0000001105_patch_aligned_doseweighted_particles.mrc

No corrupt micrographs were detected in utilities

V5.0.1 gain_ref_blob error with input exposures from Live

Please can you post

  • the 40 lines from the log immediately above the assertion error
  • the two directory names immediately in front of the mrc file name
  • outputs of the commands
