many of my mics are garbage mic, is there anyway I can make them all rejected in ‘manually curate exposure’ instead of accepted? So I can make mic curation much easier?
I tried use threshold to reject them all first, but it’s not useful. When I set several mics to accept, they’re still rejected after I click ‘done’ buttoon
@J6H55 can you just start currate exposures, reject all and then go to manual (using the columns) to select/accept the good ones ? You can also sort by several parameters.
it prints accepted and rejected as outputs - you can use the tool backwards and move forward with the good micrographs which are in reject file.
