Allow swapping versions of lower-level params

Hi,

In the outputs tab for a refinement job, blobs such as the CTF & alignment info blobs have different versions, corresponding to different iterations.

These are not currently usable in the low level inputs interface.

It would be useful if they were, particularly now the new “Subset particles by statistic” job allows comparing changes in e.g. defocus or pose between an initial and final particle set - if we could use these, we could have a look and see which particles are still bouncing around at the end of refinement, for example, or which particles changed defocus by physically unrealistic amounts.

This is possible if you first click on the iteration you’d like to use (it will highlight in blue) and then drag the result into whatever input you’d like to override:
