Hi,
Currently, Patch Motion in regular cryoSPARC fails with an error if micrographs, rather than movies, are supplied (even if they are imported as movies). Patch Motion in Live, however, will process them without a problem.
Would it be possible to issue a warning, rather than an error, and allow the job to run? There is at least one use case where this is handy - Fourier cropping micrographs and converting them to fp16. This is useful when trying to prepare a compact set of data, e.g. for a workshop. I can do this with Live, but Live also does CTF estimation and picking, which is more overhead than I need for this purpose.
Cheers
Oli
