Align 3D - specify minimum search angle

Hi,

It would be useful if in addition to allowing the user to specify the maximum shift and rotation for Align3D, it was also possible to specify the minimum for both.

This would allow the user to exclude spurious no-movement alignments in cases of pseudosymmetry:

Alternatively, allowing the user to output the top n solutions rather than just the top scoring solution would accomplish the same goal.

Thanks @olibclarke, this makes sense. I’ve added the request to specify a minimum search angle (and shift) to our tracker.
