Recently, we introduced an end-to-end automated workflow that achieved results matching or exceeding expert manual processing across 21 challenging GPCR datasets. We’ve continued refining and simplifying the workflow, and now we’ve put it to the test on nine datasets of CDK-activating Kinase (CAK) where we overcome severe preferred orientation resulting in maps with little to no anisotropy present: Advanced automated data processing: a case study using CAK | CryoSPARC Guide
