Add option to extract from micrographs to assign new particle UIDs?

Hi,

It would be useful to have an option to assign new particle UIDs during extraction (default off).

This is useful when the user wants to combine multiple particle sets for 2D that have been independently extracted (e.g. different recentering parameters), for 2d classification followed by de-duplication. I currently do this using a CS tools script, but it would be useful I think to have as an option in the GUI (either in particle sets or extraction).
