Add/edit tag from job card (v4)

Hi,

Currently, tags need to be added in a separate interface, where you can’t see your jobs. This involves some switching back and forward.

It would be better if new tags could be added directly, taking advantage of the “edit tags” fields in the job card and details tab, defaulting to “General” tag type.
