Add crop option to hetero reconstruct

Hi,

It would be useful (for download bandwidth reasons) if in addition to the reconstruction box size, hetero reconstruct had an option to crop the reconstructed maps, similar to 3D-VA display.

It would also be useful for both 3D-VA display & heteroreconstruct to have an option to auto-crop to the mask extent, to allow quickly generating the minimal set of maps that has the required information for analysis.

Thanks @olibclarke, these are both good points as we further develop CryoSPARC’s handling of larger volume groups; I’ve recorded them.
