I have a question about the subtraction particles.If my particle is too big to keep the CTF parameter accurate when subtraction a small part of the raw particles. When I do CTF refinement,Can it refine the parameter more accurate?
Another question is that whether subtraction particles have the coordinate about this subtraction part so that I can re-extract the particles at this part(maybe this function is very helpful).Or is there other way to do this kind of job now.Could you give me some suggestion about that.Thank you very much advance.
