Ab-initio is stuck with no error, low sigma

Hi,

I have met a problem with Ab-initio job in my lastest dataset in cryosparc V4.1.2. Ab-initio is stuck at early steps without an error (See below), but previous 2D and extraction jobs are all ok. This error only occurs in this specifi dataset which use .eer files as movies, and I have tried Ab-initio jobs in my other datasets and they work well. Does anyone know how to fix this? Many thanks!

Use the check for bad particles job (if it’s in 4.1, I can’t remember…) and perhaps try another round of 2D before going to ab initio?

95% of the data we process is EER format, and I’ve never seen this happen before. Now I’ve said that, it’ll happen to me later today! :rofl:
