Ab initio helptext

Hi,

Just noticed the helptext in ab initio:

The number of classes. Each class will be randomly initialized independently, unless an initial structure was provided, in which case each class will be a random variant of the initial structure

The bold part I don’t think has been an option since v1? (Although perhaps could still be handy in some instances!)

Hah, yes, this has not been an option since v0. I’ve recorded that this should be updated, thanks @olibclarke!
