Hi - There’s been a lot of great functional updates to cryoSPARC in the past year or so, and I was just wondering if there’s any plans to move any of those features to the cs-live side of things? The new denoising filter, and the 4.7 Junk Detector, and subsetting the particles would be very helpful to me along with a couple other tools, and I was just curious if it’s in the roadmap or just something that will stay on the main cryosparc side

Hi @hansenbry, thanks for your feedback, it’s very helpful to know that you would find such additions useful in CryoSPARC Live! We are thinking about the best way to incorporate these tools into the real time processing workflow, though we don’t have a plan or timeline that we can share yet. Thanks!
I agree the micrograph denoiser in Live could be useful. Or at least, if the Live session could generate the training data for the denoiser, so we won’t need to re-run Patch Motion Correction on a subset of movies after Live has already applied motion correction, and instead can start training and denoising right from the exported exposures from Live.

Thanks for this suggestion @Guillaume. We made a note.
