I ran a 3DFSC job and downloaded the folder to open in Chimera. This worked well to obtain the necessary plots and they can be saved as PNG. However I’d like to overlay just a few directions (e.g. only X,Y,Z,global) on one plot. Is it somehow possible to modify the lineplot.py to output csv files so I can integrate them in different graphing program? My python isn’t good enough unfortunately. Thanks.
