The PDB output of 3D-Flex mesh prep is very handy. Would it be possible to write the rigidity weights to the B-factor column of the mesh pdb, to make visualization in the context of the map easier (using render by attribute in Chimera)? Even better if this could be read back into cryosparc, allowing easy modification of mesh rigidity with minimal scripting…
