Hello everyone.
I have a map, and the models are fitted into its different regions. I want to generate segments of that map around these models using the Segger tool in ChimeraX/Chimera for the 3D Flex Mesh Prep. Is there a simple way to do that ? The normal grouping and ungrouping is not working efficiently, instead making the job difficult.
In short I want to generate segments in the map around the models.
Any help would be appreciated.
