Hello CryoSPARC team and community,
It would be very convenient to have the option to fix the threshold level in the 3D classification job. For example, for the first opened map (volume) in that job, we need to change the threshold level to the optimal value to see clearly the map features. Then this job should remember this value and apply it when we open the other volumes, until we change it again. It can remember the user’s threshold setting automatically (when it was changed) or after clicking some button. This would prevent us from adjusting threshold for each of many volumes and make the volume comparison much easier. It is fine if the user’s threshold setting will be reset after the job is closed.
I requested this feature 2 years ago but do not see that it was implemented.
