Hello, everyone, when conducting 2D classification, it was found that the image was not clear, the molecular weight of the protein was 90KD, and DNA was added. Collected on Falcon4 electron microscope, the total electron metrology is 60, pix size is 0.72A, may I ask if there is any way to improve 2D?
show images if possible. first guess is make sure you have appropriate box size. for good particles bad 2D, try 200 classes with a subset of the particles ~100,000. Can also increase batchsize from 100 to 1000.
