2D Classification Error after Template Picker

Having trouble with a 2D classification job, after it having worked previously on other parts of the dataset. Getting error below. Thought it was a memory issue initially, so I ran an extract job on 50 micrographs and the 2D job still failed in the same way. Also tried re-running the extraction of the particle set multiple times as was suggested in other threads. Did a complete restart of the project (Import, Motion Correction, CTF, manual pick, 2D Classification, Template picker, Extract, 2D Classification) and it fails on the last 2D class job. Computer is runnning Centos 7, which I read might be the issue as well. Any insight on troubleshooting to try would be appreciated.
