Hi,
I already tried to export the 3D map that I got on cryosparc to relion, but I have issues picking with that map (even in Cryosparc, I guess because some of my orientations can be mistaken with whatever dirt/ice/bad stuff on the sample).
So I’d like to try to use my good 2D classes from Cryosparc on Relion (which is giving me the best results on Cryosparc itself), just for double check. But when I try to import them it doesn’t work, I guess I need to change the format somehow, but idk how or what to change. If someone already did it with good results, maybe you could give me some advice.
