"update" motioncorr/ctf estimation jobs

Dear all,
I run patch motion corr of a data set which was not finished copying. Now I have the full data set and I would like to know if its possible to “update” the patch motion corr job (same applies for CTF correction), so I dont have to run the job on the whole data set again, just on the micrographs in the same folder that have not been processed yet.

You should be able to just import the full set of movies, use exposure sets (I think?) to select just the movies uniquely present in the full set, then run patch motion on those and combine the outputs

For the ones who have the same question:

  1. Exposure Sets Tools: select both import jobs (in my case the already processed job and the full data set)
  2. settings: Action [intersect], Field to intersect [path], Ignore Leading UID [true]
