Hello,
I’m trying to run a “Sharpening Tool” job with a volume coming from an helical refinement. As you might see from the attachment, the half maps are correctly loaded but somehow the job gets stopped with an attribute error. What is wrong?

Hi @lorago92 ,
Thanks for including this. On your current version of v3.3.1, you can workaround this error by manually disconnecting the mask_fsc_auto
mask, and then activating the “Generate new FSC mask parameter”. This requires hitting the “x” in the top right corner of the mask_fsc_auto
input (see below screenshot), which is accessible via the dropdown next to the volume
input in the Job builder for the sharpen job.
You may also upgrade CryoSPARC to v4.0, in which the error was resolved. If you prefer, you can instead upgrade to v3.3.2 as well; Patch 220518 included a fix for this.
Best,
Michael
Thank you so much. It’s running now.
Cheers
Lorenzo
