Error in Import Mirographs; unsupported .mrc datatype

Hi Team,

I tried to select a single.MRC file as the gain reference file for data collected for the unnormalized data set (has several gain files) while importing the movies. But I get this error message in cryosparc (unsupported MRC datatype, snapshot below). I also tried to change and select any other .MRC file but still I get the same error.

I would appreciate if you can help me troubleshoot the problem.
