Downloading results of Select 2D returns all class averages, not just selected

@Juha This behavior is in fact intended, but may be confusing at first. To preserve storage space, the select_2D job outputs, instead of actual templates, metadata about the selection:

  • indices of selected class averages
  • path to the file that stores all class averages from the relevant 2D classification job

The file containing all class averages is what’s offered for download.
