Maps from many of my jobs seem to have been renamed with a duplicate ‘cryosparc_Px’ at the beginning of the path. For example, I just downloaded a volume from a heterogeneous refinement and they are now called “cryosparc_P502_cryosparc_P502_J422_class_01_00142_volume.mrc” etc. I have old downloads of other maps from this job and they were named normally.
Maybe a byproduct of name changes made in a recent update?
