what I do now is to do local ctf once, then do default global ctf.
both steps are followed by a refine job to see if resolution get better
and after first global, i do twice global with all options on, both are too followed by a refine job to see if it gets better.
i guess with a video showing every standard step may be more helpful for beginnes or middlers to do this kind of post-refine job
