I know this feature has been requested a couple of months ago, but it seems it fell by the wayside:
It would really help to be able to re-extract particles (one might want to recenter, enlarge box size, unbin, or even re-align movie frames). To make this more straightforward, can we please retain particle X and Y coordinates in the CSV files when they are available; for example, when the input data come in the form of a relion star file (_rlnCoordinateX, _rlnCoordinateY)?
