Worker download not working

Hi,

It looks like there’s a problem with worker distribution downloads.

curl -L “https://get.cryosparc.com/download/master-latest/${LICENSE_ID}” -o cryosparc_master.tar.gz
works fine, but
curl -L “https://get.cryosparc.com/download/worker-latest/${LICENSE_ID}” -o cryosparc_worker.tar.gz

results in a zero size file. Checking in a web browser returns a 403 permission denied error.

License is valid:

$ curl https://get.cryosparc.com/checklicenseexists/$LICENSE_ID
{“success”: true}

curl -v shows:
TLSv1.2 (IN), TLS header, Unknown (23):
{ [5 bytes data]
< HTTP/2 403
< content-type: application/json
< content-length: 0

< x-amzn-requestid: …
< x-amz-apigw-id: EHb7qHfaIAMEmcQ=
< x-cache: Error from cloudfront

Please check.

Thanks,

Alex

Same problem here, master download works, worker not.

Yes, same issue for me.

Would be nice to have the download available.

True. Although if you try to update cryosparc from a previous version, it does download the worker tarball. I downgraded to v5.0.1, and then updated again to v5.0.7 just now, and its able to download the worker just fine.

Edit: The following works:

curl -L https://get.cryosparc.com/download/worker-v5.0.7/$LICENSE_ID -o cryosparc_worker.tar.gz

Thanks everyone for reporting the issue. We found the cause and are working on a fix.
[Update]: The

https://get.cryosparc.com/download/worker-latest/${LICENSE_ID}

url is again available, provided a valid LICENSE_ID has been defined in the shell environment.
