What happens when I do refinement after refinement

When doing NU/homo-refinement, particles will be auto-centered again to align the volume.

I wonder whether the center of the particles is written into particle information or not. If I re-extract particles, will the extraction be different based on that the center of particles have been changed in last refinement-job?

Yes, adjustments during refinement will be written to alignments3d, and if you extract using recentering they will be applied during extraction.
