Way to Update workspace

Hi,

I just had to rebuild my cryosparc environment because of a failed update, but now it’s not seeing my old projects. Is there a way to relink cryosparc to my already existing projects? I though maybe making a “new” project in the same directory as the old would link it up, but the P1 folder is there with the job folders inside, but the gui doesn’t show any of the jobs inside the workspace. Thanks.

Hi @hansenbry,

All metadata related to your cryoSPARC instance (including project and job directories) is stored inside the database. As long as your port number & master hostname didn’t change, setting CRYOSPARC_DB_PATH in cryosparc2_master/config.sh to the previous database location should allow you to retain all your information.
