Transfer data between two CryoSparc

Hi,
I was doing data processing on the CryoSparc, however a different account and system. Now I want to transfer my results from that account to my own account on my computer. I could successfully import the volume, however, for the particle stack which has Cs format, I cannot import into my account. How can I solve this problem?

Have you tried exporting, then importing a relevant job or result group (guide)?
Depending on whether and how storage may be shared between the source and destination systems, you may have to dereference symbolic links in the transfer process (guide).
