Tracking processing steps leading to the "final" map in CSV export

Dear colleagues,

Is there a way to track the exact processing steps and details performed to obtain a final map?

While marking a map as “final” highlights its ancestral connections in the interface, this status is missing from the exported CSV file. Is there a proper method to extract just the specific processing tree leading to the final map, or at least have these steps flagged in a column within the CSV?

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Dmitry

There’s not currently a way to include this information in the CSV, but you could use the following steps to export a CSV of just final / ancestor-of-final jobs.

  1. Select all final jobs. (You can make this easier by setting a Filter to show only final jobs)
  2. Right-click and choose “Select Ancestor Jobs”. You should now have all final jobs and their ancestors selected.
  3. In the sidebar, click Actions, then “Link {n} jobs”
  4. In the “Link jobs” panel that appears, click “Create new workspace” and enter a title of your choosing
  5. If other workspaces have final jobs in them, repeat this process but link to the workspace created in step (4) instead of creating a new one
  6. Export a CSV for the workspace created in step (4)

If you needed the full CSV with “final job” information, you could then use a join operation (pandas, excel) to mark the matching rows of the full CSV as final.
