Resolution over estimated for falcon 4

Dear all,

Recently I collected several datasets using falcon 4 with 0.71 pixel size and eer format output. Everything went right but the resolution estimation seemed not accurate. The final density map was more close to 2.5 angstrom. Was there any way to find the right resolution?

Hi @FengjiangLiu,

Have you checked for duplicate particles? This is a common cause of FSCs like this, where the correlation does not return to zero.
