Patch motion correction can't be marked as complete

Hi all,
While running a patch motion correction job several of the movies couldn’t be corrected and I got the following error message for those who failed:

Marking J135/imported/004008064492272322255_FoilHole_16558000_Data_16546128_16546130_20191218_0423_fractions.tiff as incomplete and continuing...

I check my disk status and I still have plenty of space. Also, after one movie failed, the job moved to the next few movies which were corrected successfully.

I tried to mark this job as complete so I could move on to CTF estimation with the movies that were corrected, a notification appear at the top of the screen saying “Output checking and job completion started” but nothing the job remains as “failed”.

@matzovd Please can you post (after removal of confidential information, if applicable) the following diagnostic info:

  1. the last “page” of output in the “Overview” tab of Job 136
  2. “core log” (redirected to file. Depending of file size, you may trim the file above the first occurrence of Request to export P12 J136):
    cryosparcm log command_core > path-to-core-output
  3. cryosparcm joblog P12 J136 > path-to-J136-output
