hi all, see attached image.
All data looks good, processed entirely within cryosparc (alignment etc). I get to near the end and want to improve my data so I do local motion correction. I supply the particles and the “full frame motion” corrected micrographs (rather than the movies themselves, which fail because it says not appropriate input).
Anyway, the particles that come out of local motion are completely dead. I can’t even do a 2D to look at them. However in the tiny thumbnail of local motion you can see they are still there.
any thoughts?
