This may be a “pie-in-the-sky” request, and is obviously a longer term prospect, but here it is anyway.
Two of the big advantages of CryoSPARC are speed and ab initio capabilities. Both of these would be extremely useful for on-the-fly processing.
Is there any consideration towards implementing such a feature? E.g. being able to hook up input “streams” of particles or micrographs to a multi-class ab initio heterogeneous reconstruction, adding in particles as they appear?
