On output of "Non-uniform Refinement (Legacy)"

Dear All,

When run “Non-uniform Refinement (Legacy)” by cryoSPARC, it should have automatically stored all the output files to a directory for this job, for example in directory “J18”. In “J18” directory, it should have stored the output of each iteration. If the total number of iterations for this step is 7, then a file something like “cryosparc_XYZ_J18_007_volume_mask_refine.mrc” should be the highest quality volume map of the output, which could be used for “Sharenning” by cryosparcm, for example, am I right?

Then what was stored in the following file, or what was the function for each of the following files, in the “J18” directory?

cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_map_sharp_local.cs
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_map_sharp_local.mrc
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_fsc_auto.cs
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_fsc_auto.mrc
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_fsc.cs
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_fsc.mrc
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_refine.cs
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_mask_refine.mrc
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_precision.cs
cryosparc_P3_J18_007_volume_precision.mrc

In the “Outputs” of the graphical interface for the above cryoSPARCM for job “Non-uniform Refinement (Legacy)” , would the buttorn"Export" also export the output of the final iteration to the same “J18” directory, and replace the already existing same files in the directory?

I am looking forward to getting a clarification from you.
